How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage and cancel your subscription through our customer portal. You can access your portal by signing into your account x. If you have not created an account, please first create one with the email address you used to purchase Rootwell.
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days. To track your order, please add your order number into our tracking system found above.
How do I update my subscription (frequency, products, or address)?
You can update your delivery frequency, change products, or update your shipping address directly in the Portal. You can access your portal by signing into your account X. If you have not created an account, please first create one with the email address you used to purchase Rootwell.
How do I stop the shipment on my most recent order?
Your order may already be on its way. Chat with us to check if we can intercept it before it ships. If we’re not able to, once it arrives, we’ll provide a free return shipping label so you can send it back. You’ll receive a full refund once the return is processed.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item to Rootwell, you must contact us within 60 days of delivery of your item to request a return shipping label. You can review our full return policy here. Let us know if you have any questions!
Managing Your Rootwell Order
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order from the footer of our website under ‘Track Your Order,’ or go to this link and enter your order number.
Can I edit my shipping address after placing an order?
Since your order has already been placed, you won’t be able to update the shipping address from your end. Feel free to chat with us, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
How can I change or skip a recurring shipment?
Skipping or changing the product for your next shipment is simple:
- Log in to your account using this link.
- Click ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on the left panel.
- Choose the subscription you’d like to update.
- Click ‘Swap Product’ to change the item, or ‘Skip’ to skip the upcoming shipment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription is easy! Here’s how:
On A Desktop Computer:
- Log in to your account and head to “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Find the subscription you’d like to cancel and click “Manage Subscription.”
- Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts, including your reason for canceling.
On A Phone:
- Login, tap the drop-down menu just below the Rootwell logo, and select “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Tap "Manage Subscription" next to the one you’d like to cancel.
- Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts, including your reason for canceling.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the US only. We are working on expanding our shipping options as soon as possible to offer Rootwell worldwide
Can I return or get a refund for my order?
